AMSTERDAM – 15 June, 2021 – Prosus N.V. ("Prosus"), a global consumer internet group and one of the largest technology investors in the world, announced today that it has acquired a majority stake in GoodHabitz B.V. (“GoodHabitz”), a European provider of online training for businesses, for approximately €212 million.
